Can anyone explain to me how I was insanely tired yesterday after getting a full night’s rest and taking a 90 minute nap in the afternoon? Not to mention I was completely unproductive and turned out three of the biggest pieces of crap I’ve ever tried to pass off as “work.” Yet today I got 3 hours of sleep and I feel pretty good at 5:17 PM and managed to get a lot more better quality work done in a shorter amount of time. What the hell?
