So I predicted that my sleep schedule would be a challenge for me this semester and a week and a half in, it’s 100% true. My sleep schedule goes something like this nowadays: go to bed from 10-11 PM, lie awake until 1-2, wake up at 5, go to school, come home, take a 90 minute-2 hour nap in the afternoon, rinse, wash, and repeat. I seem doomed to sleep 4 hours at night and 2 hours in the afternoon. For the last 8 months I got accustomed to waking up whenever the hell I wanted and right now my body is just screaming at me throughout the day, “WE’RE SUPPOSED TO BE SLEEPING.”

Are there really people in the world who go to bed and fall asleep within 10-20 minutes? Do these kind of people actually exist? I don’t really know anyone who DOESN’T have some sort of trouble going to sleep at night. I’ve had trouble sleeping since around middle school. It’s usually either I’m restless and can’t keep still or I’m super tired but for some reason can’t fall asleep. I’m going to try to sleep by 10 o’clock each night. I’ll let you know how that goes…
