anthooony: EXPERTS? I don’t think so. LOL! Honestly though, it’s easy to ridicule with hindsight. I mean who really thought the Warriors were gonna beat the Mavs in 2006? The Warriors traded Vince Carter for Antawn Jamison. The Warriors picked Todd Fuller over Kobe Bryant in ‘96, Adonal Foyle over Tracy McGrady in ‘99, Mike Dunleavy over Amare Stoudemire in ‘02, Joe Smith over Rasheed Wallace, Antonio McDyess, Jerry Stackhouse, in ‘95, etc. These so called “experts” just pick who they think is going to win and on paper most people would’ve picked the Phillies. The Giants were clearly underdogs going into the series, especially considering that the Phillies had gone to back to back World Series. All that being said, that’s why the games are played on the field, not on paper. GO GIANTS!
