Film in 2011
*Note: Scores may differ from my original score in a review, mostly due to reflection on the film over time* The Green Hornet- 5/10, very fun with a lot of cool visuals, action, and laughs, however, Seth Rogen is almost unbearable and the story is lacking. The overall product isn’t the sum of its parts. Unknown- 6/10, a decent action mystery movie with solid direction, a typically good...
Leonardo DiCaprio to play villain in Quentin... →
This would be an absolutely huge get. Quentin Tarantino’s latest is picking up steam now that the script is completely done (which is always the biggest hurdle for Tarantino films). Christoph Waltz is already in as the bounty hunter who trains Django, Quentin Tarantino’s first choice for the lead role of Django is (was?) movie superstar Will Smith, and now he may get Leonardo DiCaprio...

capriamovies: This is awesome b/c 3D sucks. I could try and be more articulate than that, but I think “3D sucks” pretty much sums up my thoughts on it. If you feel this way, make sure you see the 2D versions of movies offered in 3D. Often at bigger theatres such as AMC/Lowes, they have both options. I am so excited for the final Harry Potter film, and there’s no way I’m going to be distracted...

laarnilabelle: fluffyislost: thespianlove: simplyhaleyxo: THIS WAS THE WORST DAY OF MY LIFE. Why did you have to leave me? Why’d you have to go to jail Steve! This reminds me of when I read The Runaways and Molly says “It’s like when Steve left Blues Clues and they replaced him with that stupid idiot-face Joe” hahaha

Kung Fu Panda 2 Review
I had high hopes for Kung Fu Panda 2. In 2008, Kung Fu Panda was an awesome little surprise from Dreamworks Animation that actually managed to outgross Pixar’s Wall-E worldwide that same summer. I thought that the trailers for Kung Fu Panda 2 were nice, but they didn’t get me THAT excited for the film. I was hoping they were saving the best stuff for the movie and they certainly did. ...
The Hangover Part II
I have to start this review by saying that I absolutely hated this movie with a fucking passion. If you would like an explanation why, keep reading; otherwise, stay away from this movie at all costs. When I saw the first Hangover movie, I was a definitely a fan. It had a unique narrative and the comedy was broad but still funny. It certainly wasn’t “THE FUNNIEST MOVIE EVER” but...

FUCK YEAH! They booted David O. Russell off of Uncharted and they’re not using his script to adapt the game. Time to get Nathan Fillion on board as Nathan Drake baby! P.S. I love David O. Russell, but Marky Mark as Nathan Drake? Come on son!

hnp88: One of the things I love most about summer and winter breaks is having more free time to catch up on my reading list. I can spend hours lounging in bed, book in hand, a small notebook and dictionary nearby to write down unfamiliar words. I’m currently reading “Half In Love”, a memoir by Linda… Totally digging all the time to read books, graphic novels, comics, etc. that I put off...
