The Lightning Thief
So in between studying for Anatomy and Chem, I’ve been reading Rick Riordan’s Percy Jackson and the Olympians: The Lightning Thief. I heard about the book senior year at Westmoor but I never picked it up even though I wanted to, but now that I have, I have to say that I’m quite enjoying it. I’ve been looking for another book series to read after Harry Potter and Twilight....

Finding out there’s a better, more epic version of a DVD you own always sucks. Whether there’s a better cover, a slip on, a holographic cover, a steelbook, a special edition, a 2+ disc edition, director’s cut, fancy box packaging, etc. It just makes my version of the movie feel inadequate haha.
As shitty as the first 7 months of 2009 has been for film in general, things are looking up with the Fall/Winter releases for the rest of the year.
